Warranty Policy

Our products come with a specific warranty period, which can be found in the “Warranty” drop-down under the “Product Details” section on the product page at motogaruda.com.

The warranty is valid only for products purchased at the full printed MRP from a Moto Garuda Store, a Moto Garuda Authorized Dealership, a Moto Garuda Authorized Online Reseller, or directly from motogaruda.com. To view the full list of authorized sellers, please visit the Store List page on our website.

To initiate a valid warranty claim, customers must complete and submit the “Warranty Claim” form on motogaruda.com before the expiration of the warranty period. Along with the form, customers must provide clear images of the product and a valid original tax invoice meeting the listed criteria. Claims that do not meet all criteria or are submitted after the warranty period will be automatically rejected.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, user errors, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, customizations, accidental damage, or the degradation of materials from use.

This warranty also excludes any loss, damage, or expenses to personal property, the user, or third parties, whether direct or indirect, resulting from or related to a manufacturing defect in the product. If a warranty claim is accepted, Moto Garuda’s liability is limited to repairing the product or issuing store credit equal to the original MRP of the product, as shown on the submitted purchase invoice.

For valid warranty claims, we will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup of the product from the customer’s registered address. Upon receiving the product at our facility, if it passes physical verification and the warranty claim has been approved, we will repair the product or offer store credit for the original MRP of the product. If the product is repaired, Moto Garuda will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to the customer.

If reverse pickup cannot be arranged, we will ask the customer to ship the product to our facility. After receiving and verifying the product, if the warranty claim is accepted, we will reimburse the customer for the courier charges incurred, in the form of online store credit, redeemable at motogaruda.com. This reimbursement will be based on the actual cost of the courier service, up to a predefined maximum amount. Moto Garuda is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay in transit from the customer’s address to our facility.

A warranty claim will only be considered accepted after the product has passed our Quality Check team’s physical verification to confirm the claimed defect is indeed a manufacturing issue. If the product fails the verification or does not match the images provided by the customer, the claim will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer.

For all accepted warranty claims, our first priority is to determine whether the product can be repaired. If our factory repair team confirms that the product can be safely and effectively repaired without compromising its structural integrity, we will proceed with the repair and ship the product back to the customer.

If the product cannot be repaired to a satisfactory standard, we will issue store credit for the original MRP of the product, as shown in the submitted purchase invoice. This store credit can be used on any product(s) in a single transaction within 6 months from the date of issue, exclusively on motogaruda.com. No cash refunds will be provided for warranty claims. Products purchased with store credit will have the same warranty period as the original product, starting from the original purchase date.

By purchasing a Moto Garuda product, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty policy.

This warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice.
